Brookdale Senior Living & The Keep A Breast Foundation

ABOUT THE ARTIST

This gifted artist has donated his time and talent to create a beautiful breast cast for the Generation Pink auction. A wonderfully creative art form has been transformed from a plain white cast to support stopping breast cancer. Brookdale Senior Living and Keep A Breast are sincerely grateful for this artist's contribution!

I was told that castee Sharon Free was doing this in memory of Gayla, Zandi Audiss’ niece. Gayla was a farm girl, she loved "black and white" (holstein) cows, she had 2 sons, and she loved Branson. With that in mind, I tried to focus on a rural landscape theme with the black & white cows, the 2 sons and a Branson directional sign all moving towards the rising sun symbolizing hope, knowledge, awareness and a cure for breast cancer.

I studied art at Northwest Missouri State University, specializing in drawing and painting. I now enjoy numerous mural projects along with additional faux/marbleizing techniques. I also own and operate my own landscape design and installation business, B&B Designs.

It was an honor to be a part of this. Thank you
